Devon will be offering a series of training sessions for young players throughout the summer. The purpose of these sessions is to give quality playing opportunities, access to high level coaching and a taster of the player pathway as well as developing and assessing players in preparation for the next academy (county) cycle 2026/27.
Players are to be nominated by a school or club to attend (this is an informal nomination) clubs and schools are encouraged to contact suitable players and sign post them to sign up.
These sessions are for U12 (current school year 6 and 7) and U14 (current school year 8 and 9).
These sessions are for any players who did NOT play in the Devon Academy Centre last season, therefore for new players or those that were not selected from the assessment day in September 2024.
There will be two centres, Exeter and Plymouth, please choose whichever centre is most convenient for you. Players are expected to attend all 6 sessions, the cost of the programme is £TBD and payable via club buzz.
